I loved this property - well appointed hotel.
Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable and excellent really close to Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, and Spanish Steps, the metro, colloseum, Spanish Steps and all the main shopping area, and a cafe 50 metres away. The room was high standard and comfortable quiet, with a great decor and WiFi, a mini-bar and an iPod docking station for my comfort. Everything here was perfect, I can't wait to come back...

The hotel is an amazing building with rooms full of character. The location is marvellous and fantastic, close to the subway and just a 10-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna. It's so close to a cafe just 50 meters away, the shopping district with designer stores, and the main shopping area.

The location of this boutique hotel is absolutely incredible. It is within walking distance to all the main sights in the city, making it so convenient for exploring. Additionally, it is conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to travel around Rome. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a large, well-equipped bathroom. The service was exceptional, with the owner being kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruit juice and cookies in the afternoon. a fantastic base for exploring Rome.
That the corridor seemed to channel noise quite a lot, making it a bit noisy in the mornings when other guests were moving around.
